UPS projects it will facilitate 8.75 million returns this week, setting an all-time weekly record. It expects to process 1.75 million returns a day.

- UPS processed 1.9 million returns on Jan. 2, 2020, which remains the single-day record.
- On Dec. 17, FedEx revealed it had processed a record level of returns during the second half of 2020.
