After Saturdays UFC Vegas 11 event, Dana White is advising veterans Donald Cerrone and Tyron Woodley to retire. Woodley lost his main event fight to Colby Covington via fifth-round TKO, while Cerrone fought Niko Price to a majority draw verdict.
- The 37-year-old Cerrone hasn’t won a fight since May 2019. Prior to his draw verdict against Price, he went on a four-fight losing streak.
- The 38-year-old Woodley hasn’t won a fight since Sept. 2018. After losing the UFC welterweight title to Kamaru Usman in March 2019, he lost again in May against Gilbert Burns. His defeat to Covington marks a three-fight skid and his first stoppage loss in eight years.
- With the possibility of getting back to title contention seemingly gone for both men at this point, fans are now calling for a fight between the two.
