- Immerse is a free accelerator Bubble recently launched to help Black and Afro-Latinx founders launch business ideas with no-code tools and put them on the market within ten weeks.
- These founders will be spending the next three months building their products in the Immerse pre-accelerator in preparation for their demo day on April 14, 2021.
- Immerse was created a few weeks after Bubble also announced its Founder Inclusion Initiative to support underrepresented founders, with an initial focus on the Black community.
- Black founders are notoriously underrepresented in the venture capital industry. In well-known seed money startup accelerator Y Combinator's recent batch, only 4% of founders were Black, and just 6% had at least one Black founder.
