Vulture talked to the cast of the new "Queer Eye" about why the time is right for a reboot of the classic reality series. The new "Fab Five" for Netflix's "Queer Eye" revival are Bobby Berk (design), Karamo Brown (culture), Antoni Porowski (food and wine), Jonathan Van Ness (grooming), and Tan France (fashion). They discuss the need for LGBTQA visibility during the Trump era, despite the fact that, as Berk says, the show is "not out there just pushing the gay agenda." The panel's favorite moments in the new episodes were when they formed sudden, unexpected, personal bonds with the subjects. The revival also adds a new twist: sometimes, the Fab Five will help out and advise other gay men, in addition to straight guys. The original "Queer Eye" aired from 2003 to 2007 on Bravo; new episodes debut Wednesday on Netflix. – VULTURE
