Hailee Steinfeld will portray Marvel fan-favorite character Kate Bishop in the upcoming Disney+ "Hawkeye" series. Rumors of Steinfeld's involvement were confirmed when several outlets spotted her shooting on location in New York in costume.

- In Marvel Comics, Bishop is the third person -- and the first woman -- to take on the Hawkeye mantle, following Clint Barton and Wyatt McDonald.
- There are also indications that Barton and Bishop's dog Lucky, also known as Lucky the Pizza Dog, will appear in the series.
- Steinfeld also stars in the Apple TV+ comedy-drama series "Dickinson" and provided the voice of Gwen Stacy in the film "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse."
