Inspire Brands is planning to acquire Dunkin' Brands and take the company private in a $9b deal. Dunkin' Brands' portfolio includes Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins; Inspire Brand’s portfolio includes Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Jimmy John’s.
