1. The Magic Leap One AR headset is a “somewhat janky piece of magic,” according to TechCrunch. Content partnerships are coming out ahead of today’s “L.E.A.P” Conference, including new AR experiences from Weta Workshop, Peter Jackson’s Wingnut AR, Brainlab and Wayfair. As TechCrunch writes, Weta’s “Dr. Grordbort’s Invaders” provides the clearest vision of what entertainment on the $2,295 device can be. On the business content side of things, Brainlab’s tools let physicians, observers and spectators explore brain scans in three dimensions. We’ll have more updates from Leap Con tomorrow. -- TECHCRUNCH
