Women reading this have likely seen ads for direct-to-consumer bra company ThirdLove across their social feeds, as the company presentes itself to audiences as a size-inclusive, pro-woman alternative to Victoria's Secret. (In fact, its CMO even placed an ad in the New York Times last year calling out VS's then-CMO for "shocking, derogatory statements" he allegedly made about women.) But inside the company, another narrative emerges, as 10 current and former employees of ThirdLove tell reporter Zoe Schiffer that a “condescending” and “bullying" corporate culture has brought the company to its breaking point.
